Order Processing and Delivery Timeline
- Handling time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday)
- Transit time: 6 to 12 business days (Monday through Friday)
- Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (GMT -5)
- Total estimated delivery time: 7 to 15 business days depending on your destination
Please note that we do not process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Charges
We offer a simple and transparent shipping structure:
- Orders under $150 US dollars qualify for free standard shipping
- Orders $150 US dollars and above are charged a flat shipping rate of 10 dollars

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. If an incorrect or undeliverable address is provided and the order is returned, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
Changing the Shipping Address
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us before your order has been shipped. Once a package is in transit, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

Order Cancellations

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, follow these steps:
- If damage is visible at delivery, you may refuse the package
- If damage is noticed after delivery, take clear photos of the packaging and contact our support team as soon as possible
